Administrative Law is the legal field that establishes the rules for the functioning of the government and all public administration, ranging from your city's municipal government to the Federal Government. It acts as a guide that defines how public bodies should act, ensuring that their actions are legal, transparent, and focused on the public interest. In our office, we offer complete and strategic legal consulting to deal with the complexities of administrative legislation, aiming to protect the rights and interests of our clients, acting proactively and effectively on several fronts, especially: Defense in Administrative Proceedings: We act in the defense of companies and individuals in various administrative proceedings. Our legal advice extends from the initial notification phase to the filing of administrative appeals. Public Bidding and Administrative Contracts: We offer support to companies participating in public bidding processes, from the analysis of tender documents and the preparation of proposals to representation in appeals and challenges. We provide consulting services in the management of contracts with the public sector, ensuring compliance with all obligations and the defense of the contractor's interests. Professional Councils. Professionals and companies registered or operating in potentially regulated activities are sometimes subject to inspection by professional councils such as CREA, OAB, CRM, CRO, CRF, CRQ, etc., and may face administrative proceedings for various reasons. When notified, the professional needs a technical and strategic defense to protect their career and assets. Our services are dedicated to ensuring that your rights are respected and that the defense is conducted in a robust and effective manner. We act in all stages of the process, offering the necessary security to face accusations that may result in severe penalties, such as fines, suspensions, or revocation of professional registration. How We Act in Your Defense Initial Analysis and Consulting: We begin with a detailed analysis of the notification and the process, identifying flaws in the accusation and providing guidance on the risks and best defense strategies. Preparation of Preliminary Defense: We prepare and present the preliminary defense, gathering documents, evidence, and requesting witness testimonies to contest the accusations and seek the immediate dismissal of the case. Procedural Monitoring: We monitor each phase of the administrative process, ensuring that you have the opportunity to defend yourself at all stages and that the proceedings follow the rules and regulations of the council. Administrative Appeals: If the decision is unfavorable, we prepare and file the appropriate administrative appeals, seeking to overturn the decision and annul the imposed penalty. Judicial Action: If the administrative route is exhausted, we take the case to the judiciary. Our judicial action aims to overturn unjust decisions, ensuring that your right to practice your profession is fully restored. Specialized legal counsel is fundamental. The complexity of each council's regulations requires in-depth knowledge that a specialized lawyer possesses. Our expertise is your greatest guarantee of a solid and efficient administrative defense.
Regulatory Law is the area of law that studies and applies the rules created by regulatory agencies and bodies (such as Anvisa, Anatel, ANP, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Inmetro, among others) that oversee and control specific sectors of the economy. In simple terms, it ensures that companies and professionals in certain areas follow a set of rules to operate in the market. This involves everything from obtaining licenses and authorizations to complying with quality, safety, and competition standards. Why does this matter? Although we associate regulation with sectors such as health, telecommunications, and energy, the truth is that many other products and services may also be subject to some type of regulation. Navigating this complex environment requires specialized knowledge. An infraction, even if unintentional, can lead to heavy fines, shutdowns, or even the suspension of activities. We combine practical experience and technical expertise to offer regulatory advice that anticipates risks, promotes compliance, and contributes to safe decision-making. We work in partnership with clients to ensure that their products, services, and operations are fully compliant with the legal and regulatory requirements of the industry in which they operate.

Our firm offers specialized legal advice to companies in the food sector, covering: Regulation with ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency), MAPA (Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply), and health surveillance agencies; Product registration and operating permits; Analysis and adaptation of labeling and advertising; Management of regulatory crises and product recalls; Liability for unfit or contaminated food; Defense in infraction proceedings and administrative processes; Regulatory compliance and due diligence in commercial operations; Functional foods, new ingredients, and nutritional supplements. Contract Law is one of the pillars of business legal practice. More than just drafting documents, working with contracts means legally structuring commercial relationships, preventing litigation, and ensuring security in operations. In the current context, where businesses are increasingly complex, strategic and technical performance in contracts is essential. We believe that good contracts are instruments of protection, efficiency, and governance – and, therefore, we combine technical knowledge, practical vision, and attention to the strategic objectives of each client. When contracts involve regulated sectors, such as health, food, energy, telecommunications, among others, contractual performance requires specialized legal knowledge and mastery of sectoral legislation. In these cases, it is not enough to know contract law in its classic form — it is necessary to deeply understand the technical standards, regulatory limits, requirements of supervisory agencies, and the regulatory risks involved. Our firm has solid experience in drafting and managing contracts in regulated sectors, with emphasis on: • Contracts subject to approval or inspection (Anvisa, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, ANEEL, ANATEL, ANP, etc.); • Specific clauses required by technical regulations; • Supply, distribution, R&D, and technology transfer contracts in regulated sectors; • Contractual relationships with public entities, concessions, and public-private partnerships (PPPs); • Mitigation of regulatory risks and preventive action before control bodies. We combine expertise in Contract Law with in-depth regulatory knowledge, ensuring that instruments are legally sound and fully compliant with the legal frameworks applicable to each sector.

Trademark registration is a fundamental step in protecting a company's identity and market value. Through registration, the owner acquires the exclusive right to use the trademark throughout the national territory for the specified products or services, preventing third parties from using identical or similar signs that could cause consumer confusion. Registering a trademark offers several strategic advantages, such as: Legal protection against misuse by competitors or third parties; Exclusivity and security to commercially exploit products, services, and advertising campaigns; Increased business value, strengthening the brand's reputation and recognition in the market; Ease of licensing, franchising, and commercial partnerships; Prevention of litigation and legal disputes related to trademark use. Furthermore, trademark registration is essential to guarantee efficient legal defense in case of attempted copying, counterfeiting, or unfair competition.
